    The DNA

    Driven by the heritage and dynamism of the internationally operating family business KUKKO, K+K Swiss was founded in Ranzo, Switzerland, in 2018.

    Under the direction of fourth-generation owner Michael Kleinbongartz, KUKKO has evolved from a leading manufacturer of honing tools to a solution developer. This evolution required a new structure, particularly on the sales side, to organize and structure both global expansion and local market requirements in a sustainable and efficient manner.

    Under the umbrella of K+K Swiss, all sales and procurement activities can be expanded sustainably and efficiently thanks to legal security, financial strength and economic stability.

The objective

K+K Swiss focuses on a long-term corporate strategy geared towards sustainability.

In addition to the expansion of the national companies, the growth strategy focuses in particular on addressing customers locally, including a nationally oriented range of products and prices.

Local customers are addressed via national companies with an individually tailored brand and product range.

    January 2024: Renaming from KUKKO Nordic to K+K Nordic

    The name change completes the integration into the global network of the Swiss parent company K+K Swiss, which has been in place since 2018, both in name and visually.

    2024: Kukko Quality Tools becomes K+K USA

    Now in its sixth year, the American subsidiary has established itself as the exclusive partner for pullers throughout the country. With the aim of manifesting the global network of the K+K Group in the American continents as well, the USA has become the western
    central hub with K+K USA.

    December 2022: Foundation of K+K Polska

    With over 20 years of expertise in the Polish market, the Polish sales team has established
    customer relationships and is taking these to the next level with K+K Polska in a growth-oriented manner.

    January 2018: KUKKO Nordic

    Building on a long-standing and successful partnership with a Danish tool importer, KUKKO Nordic was founded at
    in January 2018. Thanks to an established customer base, the
    sales market was rapidly expanded beyond the Danish border throughout Scandinavia. The
    customers experience special appreciation through a bundled service. All central sales touchpoints are served by one
    contact person.

    2024

    Planned for 2024: KUKKO Benelux becomes K+K Benelux

    Strengthened by the decades-long presence of a successful subsidiary, KUKKO Benelux becomes part of the K+K Group. At the same time, the warehouse in Halsteren, which covers over 1000 square meters, becomes the second logistics hub for maintaining delivery capability in Europe.
